Hong Kong PhD Fellowship scheme

The Research Grants Council of Hong Kong is launching the fourth round of Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme. The Schme aims to attract top international students to pursue PhD studies in Hong Kong. The fellowship provides a monthly stipend of HK£20,000 (approx US$2,600) and a conference and research related travel allowance of HK$10,000 (approx US $1,300) per year for a period of three years. About 135 fellowships will be awarded for PhD studies commencing 2013/14 academic year. The deadline for initial application is 1 December 2012.
