Change 100: internships, professional development and mentoring

If you’re a university student or recent graduate with a disability or long-term condition, you’re invited to apply for Change 100 – a programme of paid summer internships, professional development and mentoring, provided by Leonard Cheshire.

Each year we partner with top UK employers who believe that disability isn’t a barrier to an excellent career, to offer three months of paid summer work placements.

You will be given the opportunity to develop the skills, experience and networks to prepare you for your next career move. Our inclusive recruitment process is designed to help you to become disability-confident when applying for future roles. Successful interns are then allocated a mentor within their host organisations and a place on our fantastic professional development programme.

This opportunity is for students graduating in 2022 or 2023, or those that have graduated in 2020 or 2021. To find out more, head to www.leonardcheshire.org/change100
