Change 100 is Leonard Cheshire’s programme of paid summer work, professional development and mentoring. Change 100 supports the career development of talented university students and recent graduates with any disability or long-term condition. Come and speak to us to find out what we’re looking for in applicants and how we can support you to kickstart your career.
This presentation will cover our eligibility criteria, how to ask for adjustments, a small section about disclosing disability and also how to answer our questions.
In this session you will learn how to:
- Ask for and identify adjustments
- Feel more confident in sharing disability
- Break down competency questions.
