On the 19th May, the  Chemistry Department are holding a Diamond Showcase during the afternoon.
There will be talks by Diamond users in Chemistry LTG from 2.30 – 3.30, Refreshments and Posters in Chem G50 from 3.30 – 4.00 followed by a talk by Professor Gerd Materlik, CBE, FRS, Former CEO, Diamond Light Source, entitled “100 Years of X-Rays and Still a Brighter Future” followed by a talk at 4.40 by Dr Isabel Moraes (MPL) “New Results with Membrane Proteins”.
