We are now moving into the second phase of our study. If you are a student who is deaf or hard of hearing, neurodiverse (particularly with dyslexia), or you speak English as a second or other language, we’d love to hear from you.
Joining in the second phase of our research will involve just two sets of activity in a face to face meeting arranged at a time and place to suit you :
- Task 1 (approx. 15 mins) – reading comprehension and quiz on a specific content area.
- Task 2 (approx. 1 hour) – viewing online learning materials and completing short quizzes, and a brief interview. Your eye movements would be tracked using a non-invasive eye-tracker.
Full Covid-19 safety measures will be implemented. An interpreter will be available if required. This study runs until October 2021. All information will be kept confidentially by our project team.
You can view the project Information and Consent form here.
All participants in this phase of the study will receive a payment of £25 to cover expenses. You will also be entered once into a prize draw for £25. For every person you recommend the study to, who also enrols for participation, you will be gain another entry into the prize draw.
