Thank you for your lovely letter. I am sorry to hear that you find it hard to find out what support is available. Santa has asked me to say that he thinks there are two approaches which we need to take to help satisfy this Christmas wish, and to assure you that you are by no means alone. He was talking to a member of staff the other day who had created some resources to help other people, but they were disappointed to find that they found it hard to find the resources they had created.
Obviously resources that are hard to find are not very useful, so Santa will be having a chat with the Web Gnomes to see what can be done to make it easier. At the same time, we have decided that one thing we can do is to start putting together an ‘index’ of useful resources and to look at ways of helping people to find out the best way to find their way around the labyrinth university’s website.
Please do let us know of any resources you find which can help people improve their digital skills or find help and support, and also let us know if you find a great way of searching for resources which we can share with other people!
