14:20 06/08/19 Hardware issue – affecting some University services

All services are now back up and running but are still at risk. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

IT worked on this incident as priority as soon as it was discovered and returned all services by 13:40.

We will continue to monitor the services for the next 24 hours to confirm they are back to normal.

Due to a hardware issue some of our services are currently unavailable:

  • e-mail delivery
  • blogs
  • website
  • mailman
  • Fin share

We are working with our suppliers to bring back the services as soon as possible.
