Second year PhD student Damian Gonzalez-Salzberg was selected as winner of the American University’s 2013 Human Rights Essay Award (http://www.wcl.american.edu/hracademy/hraward.cfm). Damian will be awarded a full scholarship to attend the Human Rights summer school of the American University and his essay will be published in the American University International Law Review.
