From Wednesday 1 August you will be able to borrow journals for seven days. This is in response to your requests to increase the loan period from one day, and also reflects the increased online availability of journals.
To ensure they are available to other users afterwards, they cannot be renewed and holds may not be placed on them. Similarly, to encourage prompt return, fines are due for late return will now be 80p per day, the same as 7-day loan books.
