Rehearsal on Concert Day: This will be at 6pm at the church. If you have classes until 6pm or will be delayed for any other reason please let us know by email.
Dress Code: Performers should wear black and smart outfits. Of course, any Christmas bling is a welcomed addition to the concert outfit if you fancy.
Performer Running Order
We are really looking forward to your performances and know that you will do great! This is a time to celebrate what you have achieved this term.
A call for assistance:
We are so excited to be able to run the Christmas Concert this year but are in real need of some volunteers to help the event run smoothly. We are looking for volunteers to help in the following areas:
* Bar Staff
*Ticketing on the door
*Church Set Up
*Post-concert help (drinks in the extra hall – experience)
*Event packdown.
If you are available on the 9th of December before 6pm or the following day your help especially would be really appreciated. Outside of your performances it is also possible for performers to help assist the event running on the night. If you are able to help, please let us know by emailing Lucy at music@reading.ac.uk.
