We are updating our VMware ESXi hosts on Tuesday, part of this is an update to the tools that are installed in each virtual machine and unfortunately this will require a reboot.
As a result; all ITNG services should be considered at risk from 6pm on 01/05/12.
We will also be updating the firmware on the Student VPN.
