    Dear Student services,
please would you be able to supply Nicola X with a transcript?
    many thanks Diana

Hope you and everyone at the department are well.

I was wondering if it was possible to get a copy of my university transcript sent to me and also confirm the start date of the course in 2009 and its end in 2012 (unless these dates are on the transcript).

Any help you can give is much appreciated.

    Kind regards,
    Nicola Graduated in 2012
