£32,000 Scholarship/Bursaries now available for Masters in agriculture or climate change

Interested in continuing your study or pursuing a career in the areas of agriculture, ecological economics, climate change, environment, or development, but need funding?

The Graduate Institute of International Development and Applied Economics (GIIDAE), based within the School of Agriculture, Policy and Development is now offering £32,000 in scholarship and bursaries to pay tuition fees for applicants resident in the UK or European Union.

There are two funding options available:

  • GIIDAE Bursary – Deadline: 22nd July 2016.

The GIIDAE Bursary is open to students resident in the UK or in a member state of the European Union.  It offers one award of £7,000 towards payment of tuition fees to a student applying for our MSc in Climate Change and Development.

  • Clyde Higgs Scholarships – Deadline: 22nd July 2016.

The Clyde Higgs Scholarships 2016 offers five scholarships for applicants from the UK, worth £5,000 each towards payment of tuition fees, generously provided by the Elizabeth Creak Charitable Trust, for the following programmes:

  • MSc Agricultural Economics
  • MSc Agriculture and Development
