Re-centre yourself and start the week off feeling energised. Hatha Yoga is a mixture of breathing, yoga poses and meditation. Yoga is a mind and body workout that aides physical and mental health.
Our longstanding, fully trained fitness instructor will lead the online class. No equipment is needed for this, it can be done from the comfort of your own room.
All abilities welcome and encouraged. This session is completely free to take part in.
