Spherical horses: House of Commons Debate

Researcher Marek Kubik attended a recent debate at the House of Commons committee rooms hosted by the Parliamentary Renewable and Sustainable Energy Group (PRASEG), held at on the 8th of November 2012. The debate, entitled Picking winners and spherical horses: A discussion on supporting renewables cost effectively, was led by keynote speaker Robert Gross, who argued for the effectiveness of technology specific subsidy over carbon tax measures.
