TSBE Student wins ‘KPMG PowerHouse 2030’ Young Professional of the Year 2016

The TSBE Centre is pleased to announce yet another award winning EngD student. Alice Gunn was recently presented with the KPMG PowerHouse 2030 Young Energy Professional of the Year award. This award ecognises an individual, who has displayed a real commitment to the energy industry and combined with their leadership & teamwork skills, has shown great potential as a future leader in the energy industry.

Alice said of PowerHouse 2030;

PowerHouse 2030 is a young energy professionals network that I have been involved with from the beginning with around 15 other young professionals from the sector (https://powerhouse2030.org/). KPMG kindly hosted the latest conference which focused on the topic of ‘sector convergence and the internet of things’ and chose the winner of this years award. Speakers at the conference included professionals from; TfL, Apple and BT.
