Welcome back to all those returning to the WCD blog for Autumn 2011 and welcome to all those joining us for the first time. As a quick recap, this blog supports our regular Weather and Climate Discussion which takes place on Friday at 12pm during term time. Each week, a guest blogger will be writing about something interesting to do with weather and climate, either to do with current events or to do with something they are currently working on.
