Introducing myself – Paul Janota

I work at the University of Reading in the department of Information Technology (IT) Services as an IT trainer.

I believe my main role on the project will come in at a later stage when we start running workshops and putting together training materials to address the skills gaps identified in the earlier stages.

The Acting Director of IT Services, Steve Gough, who is also involved in this project, is keen that the University gets the most out of existing systems (e.g. Outlook & Exchange) and we may be able to do some joining up with our own plans for further work now that staff are on Exchange 2010.
