Table-toppers Leeds face Birmingham at Elland Road on Saturday. Bielsa’s men have only conceded 5 in their first 8 games of the season, and are the 2nd highest scorers in the division to boot. Unsurprising then that the Model forecasts a Leeds win (62%), with a score of 1-0 (15%).
Reading remain in the bottom 3, and manager Paul Clement has openly questioned the desire of his players, after they rolled over easily in midweek. The Model gives Royals fans some better news, forecasting a 2-1 (8%) win against Hull.
Stoke have been thoroughly average so far in the Championship. Attendances at the Bet365 are sliding, as their fans stay at home to watch Man Utd on TV. The Model suggests they will have something to cheer about if they turn up this weekend, with a 1-0 (16%) win against visitors Blackburn.
