The final round of Premier League fixtures take place on Sunday. Liverpool have a home fixture, welcoming Wolves to the scene of their midweek miraculous and emotional triumph in the Champions League. They model suggests a 69% chance of a win, with the most likely outcome 2-0 (17%).
