Teaching Identities: Engaging with literary representations of ‘race’, racism & ethnicity
Friday 25 October 2013 • 10am – 3.30pm
During this INSET day we will focus on teaching literature that engages with questions of ‘race’, racism and ethnicity. Academics and AS/A2 Level teachers will together discuss the problems and pleasures of such teaching, and will identify good practices suitable for the secondary school classroom.
