Principal Investigator of FATHUM, Research Fellow at University of Reading. Liz is a hydrometeorologist with interdisciplinary research expertise surrounding the development and use of probabilistic flood forecasts by decision-maker communities. Liz began providing scientific support to the Forecast-based Financing initiative in late 2013, and has provided advice on FbF pilot projects across four continents, as well as attending and presenting at FbF Dialogue Platform events in Geneva. |
