We have had the following advice from Philip Edwards in the Central Room Bookings office regarding the Timetabling Website and thought it may be useful:

If people are getting a white page with a “Microsoft VBScript runtime” error immediately after they log in, a quick refresh should sort it.

 If they are getting a “Wrong User ID or Password” sort of error (can’t remember the exact wording) after logging in, then call me on x7452.

  1. Just a quick update on this. We think that we have now fixed the problem and staff should now be able to log onto the system first time.
