Town Hall, Watlington, early 20th century

This image, taken by Phillip Collier, shows a horse-drawn vehicle parked up outside the old Town Hall. This buidling still stands today. The woman in the foreground appears to be covering her mouth. Perhaps she is an early riser like my commuting friend and is stfiling a yawn! MERL P DX/323/E204/3
