The Sympay cashless system will be down for maintenance on Wednesday 20 February between 14:00 and 17:00. During this time users will find some of the features of the Campus Card payment system to be restricted:

During this time frame, those who pay for printing will not be able to use the printing and photocopying machines across Campus. This will not affect usage at the tills. The Campus Card portal will also be unavailable during this time.

Users will be unable to pay Library fines using Campus Cards at the Information Desk on the Ground Floor of Library@URS. However, users can still pay Library fines using credit or debit cards to pay fines during this period.

Users will be unable to pay Library fines online through the Campus Card Portal. We can take payments over the phone as normal during this period.

Users will be unable to add funds onto their Campus Cards during this period.
