The following info is based on common queries and issues that have arisen during the last week and is designed to help you to avoid experiencing them.  

Known Issue: Teams Meetings – PowerPoint slide order  

Some staff may be experiencing an issue with the slide order when running a PowerPoint presentation in Teams Meetingsusing the Teams desktop app. When moving between slides, the slides appear in the wrong order on the screen.  

The issue has been reported to Microsoft. In the meantime, the following workarounds will ensure you can still present PowerPoints effectively in your teaching:  

  • Use the Window option to Share Content in a Teams Meeting. 
  • Use the Teams web app instead.

Adding Blackboard Collaborate to your menu
