We communicated in the summer that, once the move to Blackboard Learn Ultra Organisations was complete, DTS would be switching off access to the old Original Organisations.
Student access to Original Organisations was disabled in September 2023.
The next steps will be taking place shortly:
15th January 2024
- All Original Organisations will be disabled
(except External Examiner Organisations)
This means that neither staff nor students will be able to access them.If you need to download any materials from an Original Organisation, you should do so before 15th January.
Please log a DTS Service Desk ticket if you require any advice on how to do this.N.B. These Organisations will be deleted from the system at the end of the current academic year.
- All Original External Examiner Organisations will be made unavailable
This means that these Organisations
* will still be accessible to staff with the Leader or Assistant role
* will not be visible to Participants – and therefore will no longer be accessible to External Examiners.N.B. These Organisations will be disabled at a later date – we’re still consulting with stakeholders as to when will be a suitable time to do this.
