Your courses will use Blackboard Ultra from 2024/25. To make this change, there is no course rollover – you have an empty course shell to start building your 2024/25 course. Ultra Courses use a new course template and offer new features, presenting you with opportunities to rethink the delivery of your online content as part of your module.
I’m teaching – what support is available to help me prepare for September?
Colleagues teaching on modules will need to have planned and started building their Ultra Courses ready for use from September. 471 staff have so far attended TEL’s Ultra essential: Plan and start building your Ultra Course session – the key workshop to enable staff to develop their courses. Don’t miss out! Find out more and book a place and/or check out the self-access resource: Building your 2024/25 Course.
Other key actions to help you prepare:
- See TEL’s advice on reusing and copying content from previous Blackboard courses into an Ultra Course.
