UPDATE:

The issue has now been resolved.

Due to unforeseen circumstances you may have experienced a 404 error when trying to view submissions in Turnitin UK. This issue only affected users accessing the UK service through an integration. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored.

Original Post:

We are currently experiencing an issue where users are being presented with a 404 error when attempting to open submissions. At this time we believe that this issue is only affecting UK users accessing Turnitin through integrations . We are investigating this issue as a priority.

At the moment when accessing assignments clicking on the submission title will result in a 404 error. To work around this please click on the Pencil “Grade” icon or on the Similarity Score Percentage.
