The Student Success and Engagement team are currently recruiting for a Student Outcomes Coordinator (Professional Placement Year).

The Student Success and Engagement team are looking for a current University of Reading Student to work with us during their Professional Placement Year, starting in late July 2021.
This is a new and exciting position, and you will support our work in reducing differences in student outcomes (degrees awarded) between different groups of students.
The role will also support the team in exploring how we engage with students on this topic, researching provision at other institutions and helping us plan an approach at the University of Reading to ensure effective and meaningful change. This will involve working with RUSU and other student groups to gather insights and feedback and ensure our work is student centric throughout.
