CQSD TEL is excited to announce the launch of our new TEL staff support site (live on Monday 5th February 2024). This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to provide comprehensive and user-friendly support for our suite of TEL tools, with an immediate focus on the upcoming upgrade of our Virtual Learning Environment. This new site is where you can find all of our support guides to help you use Blackboard Learn Ultra.
The new site has been designed with your needs in mind, offering:
- an intuitive navigation structure;
- enhanced search capabilities,
- a wealth of resources including: step-by-step guides, FAQs, and tutorial videos.
*Please note: the new support site currently provides Blackboard Ultra guidance only. For guides on our current version of Blackboard (Original) and all other TEL guides, continue to use the original TEL support site.
