A note from the Bagelman…
As we come to the end of term, this will be the first year that we won’t get to say our last farewells to final year students, and wish a good summer break to returning students.
When we started back in September 2019 who could have envisaged that this is how we would be ending our last term in June 2020. So to all of you who will be graduating and leaving us, a big thank you for crossing the threshold and entering the bagel world. It has truly been a privilege and pleasure to have engaged with you guys during your time at The University of Reading.
To be honest, the real reason we enjoy doing our bagels is the time we get to share with you guys, the jokes, the laughter, the tears, the discussions, the careers advice etc.
We have been lucky enough to be part of your journey at Reading, and have watched you grow and flourish into amazing individuals. So do amazing things with your lives to make a real positive difference to our society.
Believe in yourselves like we believe in you.
So keep enjoying the bagels and “have a good day“.
