As the Christmas season is fast approaching we wanted to let you know about the
opening/closing times for the various catering outlets across our campuses.

Our Dining and Bar outlets will close at various points in December until the New Year.

• Wantage will close on Friday 10th December and reopen from Monday 10th Januar
• St Pats closes on Friday 10th December and will reopen from Saturday 8th January
• The Ice House will close on Friday 10th December and reopen on Friday 7th January
• Eat at the Square closes on Friday 10th December and reopens from Monday 10th January

Park Eat is open normal times up until 12th December, then from 13th December to 6th January it will open between 9am and 3.30pm. From Friday 7th January it will go back to normal opening hours. Park Bar closes on Friday 12th December and will reopen on Friday 7th January (some alcohol available from food counters in Park Eat).

The Dairy will be open with normal hours until Sunday 12th December and from Monday 13th – Friday 17th December it will open from 8am to 11pm. The weekend of 18th and 19th December it will be open from 10am to 11pm and from Monday 20th to Thursday 23rd it will be open from 10am to 11pm when it then closes for Christmas. The Dairy will reopen on Tuesday 4th January and go back to normal opening hours.

The Park House Bar will be open from 8am – 11pm (Monday – Friday) and 12pm –11pm on Saturdays and 12pm – 9pm on Sundays until 23rd December when it closes for Christmas and will reopen from Tuesday 4th January. The Park House bar will be serving a Christmas menu between the 13th and 17th December. You can find out more and reserve a table on the Park House Bar website.

The Hospitality, Venue Reading and Venue Henley teams are working normal business hours until the 23rd December 2021. Our offices will reopen on the 4th January 2022.

Our Delivered Catering will stop for Christmas on 23rd December and restart from 5th January. Please remember, for a served booking taking place in one of our venues between Monday and Friday (8am to 5pm), 10 working days’ notice is required to create, alter or cancel a booking. All bookings out of working hours (Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm) require 14 working days’ notice to create, alter or cancel a booking. For a delivered order, three working days are required and this is outlined in the two menus.

The Library Café, Dol cHe Vita, Henley Business School Café Enterprise Café, Café No.1 at Thames Valley Science Park and ReFuel café at the SportsPark will be open until the 23rd December. These cafes will operate normal hours with the exception of the Library which will close at 4.30pm from 13th December 2021 to the 7th January 2022. The Library Café will be closed on the weekends of 11th and 12th December 2021, 18th and 19th December 2021 and 8th and 9th January 2022. The SportsPark Café will be closed over weekends of 18th and 19th December 2021 and 8th and 9th January 2022. The Agriculture Cafe, Café Trilobite and Breakfast Box will be closed between the 20th and 23rd December. All cafés across the campuses will be closed from 24th December 2021 and will reopen on 4th January 2022.
