Personalisation of viewing:
- Allow learners to adjust the size, position of captions, turning on/off and possibly their colour (captions are usually white letters encased in a black box)
- Allow learners to adjust the speed of the video and the caption delivery – Figure 1.
- Videos hosted in YouTube usually allows for this flexibility
