How should I prepare?
We are running an event on 19 February, Feeling anxious about attending a careers fair. This event can help you feel more confident about attending our fairs and talking to employers.

Quiet Time
The first 30 minutes are designated ‘Quiet Time’ for students who need a calmer environment.
Our fast pass system gives you the chance to skip the queues and explore our careers fairs early. They will be available to collect via:
– Pre-booking via your MyJobsOnline account and collection from the Careers Centre and Disability Advisory Service reception in the Carrington Building
– Collection from careers staff on the day
When you arrive at a careers fair, please join our Quiet Time Queue and present your fast pass containing your student number. If you’re unable to find your FastPass but have prebooked, go to the ticket desk and provide your student number or card to register.
