Over the summer vacation, five University of Reading students had the exciting opportunity to head to Peking University in China to undertake a summer school, with flights, accommodation, visas and a daily stipend for food and drink fully funded by the University.

Amelia Page (2nd year BA Archaeology and History), Bethany Marsden (1st year BSC Speech and Language Therapy),  Dorotea De Angeli (2nd year Mathematics), Francisca Agina (2nd year BA International Relations and Economics) and Roxanne Corker (2nd year BA English Literature) flew out to China at the beginning of July to undertake a wide range of modules and courses at Peking University.

Earlier this week Vice-Chancellor Sir David Bell presented the students with their certificate of achievements from Peking University, as the students reported back on all they had learned and experienced during the month in China.
