Staff and students at Reading are warmly invited to our showcase event, ‘Digitally Ready: Celebrating our achievements’ on Monday 15 April, 11.00 am to 2.00 pm.
As the Digitally Ready project draws to a close, it’s time to celebrate our achievements – as individuals, as a community, as an institution. Learn more about our digital initiatives on the ground and exciting developments on the strategic front, and have a chance for discussion with like-minded colleagues over a light lunch.
The day will focus on dialogue between the University community and senior management, the link between individual and institutional development, and taking forward the issues that are close to people’s hearts.
University Vice-Chancellor David Bell will open the event with a ‘view from the top’, followed by presentations from our project partners – with plenty of time for questions, discussions, and networking. Watch this space for the full programme to be confirmed after the Easter break.
In the afternoon, we will be holding an evaluation workshop for staff and students who received support from our small project funding scheme to review and reflect on how our initiatives have made a difference to staff and students at Reading, and to formulate our messages for the University.
Please book by emailing cstd@reading.ac.uk or via Employee Self Service.
